I have ran the game with no mods, then just LM, and nothing is different. I just reinstalled the game, latest version of LM, latest F4SE, everything is updated. Now I have no issues and I can easily tattoo Nate up like the punk rocker he should have been I have never been able to get looksmenu (LM) to work. So I loaded CBBE at the top and Looksmenu (and all attached plugins) at the very bottom (above Start Me Up). I trimmed my mods down to 180 (which made the game run much better), but still no presets. I was having the same issue, and one where raider's showed up all purple (funky but not really what I was going for). Try getting into the habit of always installing Looksmenu presets manually Try loading Looksmenu and all your preset plugins at the bottom. When you find them just move them into that Presets folder you created. You can also use the windows search feature and look for.json files. I can't find anything on this except them being gray, please help I'm betting you'll find your lost presets sitting in the Fallout 4 game folder. They aren't grayed now, they just aren't showing up when I click on presets. Originally they were just grayed out, but that was a year ago when I initially gave up on it. I have never been able to get my looksmenu presets to work. For the current version, the only files you need are: f4se_1_8_7.dl F4SE Looksmenu presets aren't showing up. Go into your Fallout4 game folder and make sure you don't have any junk files from older versions of F4SE. If the Presets function is greyed out, that usually means a wrong version.
